To P.M. in 2001 was ranked as the third most ranked UK Singles Chart. As well as acting, her debut lead part came in 2003, when she was in the film with teen actors Love Don't Cost a Dime. The actress played a small role in Jennifer Garner's film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. The moment Milian returned to music she focused on the promotion of her debut single Us Against the World and shot its music video. After that, Milian has said she's become a little bit more meticulous in deciding what she felt was worthy to be on the album, and she began recording. She first made her debut in film with a role in Down Twisted. The film earned her fame because she played one of her most important parts in Scream. The film was a massive commercial hit and earned about 11 times its budget. The film received a positive reception from the critics. She played the same role in three sequels to the film. The actress gained new heights in popularity after playing a major part in Friends which is a well-known sitcom. To honor her performance she was nominated for and won several awards. The drama with a massive hit, lasted for ten seasons. The most recent work she has done is a supporting role in the drama film Mothers and Daughters. The awards she has won are among them her the TV Guide Award, which she was awarded for her role in Friends. A different award includes her Golden Derby Award that she received for her part in Cougar Town.
